(A) Contour Correction
Delay-Lines : These are made of Perspex and are available in concave or convex type, for direct attachment to normal probes of 10mm dia./ 24mmm dia.of customer specified radius of curvature and length. It comes with an aluminum threaded ring suitable for MODSONIC and KRAUTKRAMER probes. (Note : These are suitable only for single crystal normal probes). |
(B) High Temperature Delay Lines : Made of special polyimide high temperature resistant polymer. It can withstand surface temperature up to 250 deg. C.
It can be attached with single crystal normal probes of 10mm dia. or 24mm
dia. using the provided threaded ring. It can be attached with MODSONIC or KRAUTKRAMER probes. Customers to specify length of delay - line required and type of probe. |

Protective Membrane : |
For use on single crystal normal probe, to reduce to wearing of the probe face and enhance the probe life. These are made of high abrasion resistant polymer with low sound
attenuation
ES 45 : For 24mm dia. Probes. ES 24 : For 10mm dia. Probes. |
Wear Plates
( Soles ) : |
For use on angle beam probes to salvage the probes with worn-out face. Wear plates can be stuck to the face of the angle probes using adhesive.
