On the first day, the participants
are requested to report at 9.30 a. m. to complete the registration
formalities |
| 03 |
Participants are
requested to bring the following:
(a) Scientific Calculator and 6"
plastic Scale.
(b) Two passport size (4 x 5 cm .)
Photos.
(c) EYE VISION & Colour Blindness Certificate from EYE-SURGEON.
(d) Educational Certificate. |

Cheque should be drawn in favor
of "Modsonic Instruments Mfg. Co Pvt. Ltd." ( Outstation
participants should D. D. only) |
| 05 |
Maximum twenty
participants will be registered for each batch. Registration will be
on first-come-first served basis as per the fees received. |
| 06 |
Hands-on practical
training will be provided with one set of equipment among
four participants. |
| 07 |
"Participation Certificate"
will be given to all participants and Level - I / Level - II proficiency certificates
to those the examination. |
| 08 |
Unsuccessful
participants can appear for re-examination at additional fees of
Rs.1000/- (US$ 25/-) two month after the previous examination. |
| 09 |
Course material can be collected
personally in advance with registration form and
fees. |
| 10 |
Medium of instruction for course and
examination will be ENGLISH. |
